Living Room:
The large living room with comfortable seating is on the first floor to take advantage of the sea views. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, music system and a selection of books and DVDs. The dining area has seating for eight with double door access to the kitchen. There are stunning sea views over to the Isle of May.
Kitchen:
The spacious and well equipped kitchen is accessed from the dining area and landing, and has hob, cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and all the utensils for self catering.
Bedrooms:
All four bedrooms are of a good size. Two rooms have king size beds, one a double bed and the fourth room has twin beds. In addition there is a folding single bed and travel cot available on request.
Bathrooms:
The master bedroom on the ground floor has a bathroom ensuite. A large family bathroom is situated on the ground floor serving the other two double rooms. There is a cloakroom with wc and hand basin on the first floor.
Utility Room:
The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble drier and sink, and hanging for drying wet outdoor clothes.
Hallway:
There is a large Hallway containing a coat cupboard by the front door and a large shelved cupboard by the back door.
Garage:
The garage at the rear of the property, adjacent to the back door, is available for storing bikes, golf and outdoor equipment, etc.

Cleaning/Laundry:
Towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned professionally for your arrival, and weekly for longer lets.
Outside:
The property has only a small outside area, but there is plenty of opportunity to relax around the pretty harbour just a minute’s walk away. There is a children’s play area a minutes walk from the property.
